Freedom of speech & expression to everyone at every time – but freedom of speech and expression stops there, where you endanger others thru your words or expressions.

Tolerate the tolerant but not the intolerant.

ยง 77. Everybody has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority.

para. 2. The exercise of these freedoms shall be subject to restrictions as are necessary in a democratic society to protect the safety and rights of others.
