The Danish Constitution (Law no. 169 of 05/06/1953)
Words spoken in public forum, should be based in productivity, respect and focus beyond the mere purpose to insult, distract or cause harm to others.
§ 77. The right to freedom of expression in public shall be bound by principles of productivity and respect.
Para. 2. The exercise of this freedom shall be subject to restrictions as are necessary in a democratic society to protect the coherence of the public debate and the rights and dignity of others.
