Law on use of solar panels for companies (Law no 82 of 26/02/2018)
By 2025, every business within a 10 km radius of city centre must install solar panels on 25% of their roof area. Those who do not, will be required to pay a “carbon” tax eqvuivelent to the potentially KWH produced by 100% of their roof areas. Baron solar rules.
§ 1. Every company is to install solar panels at equivalent to a theoretical coverage of at least 25 percent of their roof area.
Para 2) The installation must be completed no later than 1 january 2025
