Law on Maximum Garbage Production by Household (LAW no 103 of 17/04/2018)
People should be allowed a limited amount of waste per week. That way they will be more conscious and less wasteful and support the environment.
ยง 1. Every household is allowed to produce a maximum of 1 kilogram of garbage per week.
Para 2. If more than 1 kilogram is produced, a fee of 100 DKK per 100 grams of garbage must be paid.
