Law on internet trolls (Law no 84 of 01/03/2018)
“Internet trolls” should be illegal and their accounts shot down automatically.
§ 1. It shall be prohibited for a person to be a troll on the internet.
§ 2. A “troll” means a person who sows discord on the Internet by starting quarrels or upsetting people, by posting inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community (such as a newsgroup, forum, chat room, or blog) with the intent of provoking readers into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal, on-topic discussion, often for the troll’s amusement.
§ 3. If a person is being a troll on the internet, the persons user account or accounts, under which the person is trolling, will be shot down without warning.
