Law on a Person’s Carbon Emission (Law no 101 of 03/04/2018)
Each individual should be held accountable for their CO2 output, and should incur financial penalties if they exceed a threshold.
§ 1. The annual carbon emission may not exceed five tons per person.
Para. 2. Exceeding the limit value is punishable by a fine.
