Noone should be discriminated against for being brought to live somewhere when they were younger and considered “non citizens”. Rights and equality to all!
§ 90. The enjoyment of the rights and freedoms set forth in this Constitution shall be secured without discrimination on any ground such as national origins or citizenship.
