Law about Privately funded Education (LAW no. 35 28/01/2018)
Companies are required to pay money into a general education fund on a European level of education of their employees: the higher skilled the workforce the more money is to be paid. The fund is used for adult education programmes in regions where needed most.
ยง 1. The European Education Program is started to ensure the continued qualification and education of the European workforce.
Para. 2. The program is funded by private companies in correlation with the level of education of their workforce.
