Convention on the Rights of the Child (BKI no. 6 of 16/01/1992)
Right to education should over-rule all other international laws. Children from war-torn countries, or countries facing famine should have the same rights to education as children in western civilisations. How can anyone escape the poverty of their birth unless the global community shares skills, knowledge and experience. Children living in refugee camps should be permitted to ‘leave to Remain’ and other visas to allow them to study in the country of their choosing. Where you are born, should not decide your level of education in the 21st century.
Article 28

(a) Make primary education compulsory and available free to all;
(b) Make education accessible to all, both citizens and non-citizens.
(c) Make special educational programs for refugee children to study and live legally.
