Crowdsourced speeches on television: a system of online proposals of short speeches (1 minute max), developing ideas or opinions, should be implemented. Everyone could read and vote for the speeches written by others. The few most voted speeches would be read out loud on national TV along with each advertisement sequence and/or before or after the news. This system would allow a wide diffusion of ideas and opinions validated directly by the citizens, without the filters of the mainstream media and advertisers.
