It should be law that gender, sex, looks, tattoos, funky hair colours, religion or race does not influence the decision of hiring people. The way we look cannot determine how others treat you. Legally the way someone looks by choice or not does not determine their work ethic.
ยง 1 Stk. 3. There is discrimination when a provision, criterion or practice that appears to be neutral will cause persons of a particular gender, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation or with a certain hair color, body art or clothing style, to be inferior to other people.
