The Danish Constitution (LAW no. 169 of 05/06/1953)
Everyone regardless of race, gender, economic status etc. has the right to be treated with equality and respect. Our right to respect cannot be violated in any way or by anyone. While immigrants and refugees are a controversial / divisive topic, we need a way to protect those people and meet their needs.
§ 90. The enjoyment of the rights and freedoms set forth in this Constitution shall be secured without discrimination on any ground such as national origins, race, gender or economic status
