The Constitutional Act of Denmark (Law no 169 of 05/06/1953)
– You need freedom of speech to voice your opinions and enable the world to change for good.
– Anything that encourages discrimination in anyway should be banned as it will create a negative impact on future generations.
– Yes as if you voice something that encourage discrimination you would not be protecting freedom of speech but violating what it is meant to be about.
ยง 77. Any person shall be at liberty to publish his or her opinions in speech.
Para 2) The exercise of this liberty shall be subject to restrictions as are necessary to avoid encouragement of discrimination.
