Announcement of Law on Danish Citizenship (LBK no. 422 of 7/6/2004)
Everyone should have the right to citizenship in the country they’re born in.
§ 1. Any child born in the kingdom acquires the right to Danish citizenship at birth regardless citizenship or marital status of its parents.
